𝗠𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗦 & 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘𝗦 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦
1.1 The College provides quality meal services to all the registered evaluators with the aim to ensure individual convenience, quality service and efficiency.
1.2 The College Dining practices a policy of zero waste, good hygiene and cleanliness.
1.3 Three meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the College Dining hall with Nu. 150 charged for a day (if the number of heads are more than 100).
1.4 Each candidate opting for meal service at the College Dining will have to indicate while registering online and pay the total meal cost for the entire period at the time of registration. Request for refund will not be entertained.
1.5 All the registered individuals will have to bring your own plates, cups & spoons.
1.6 All matters related to meals in the College Dining are dealt by the Mess Manager. Questions and enquiries regarding meal matters should be addressed to the Mess Manager.
1.7 The College has a standard meal menu and special request based on dietary restriction (Eg. Oil, Salt, Chilli, Veg, Non-veg) shall be addressed to the Mess Manager.
1.8 The College Dining has a standard meal timing for all days which shall be followed accordingly.
1.9 Meals at the Dining are self-served at the serving counter.
1.10 Meals are eaten at the designated tables inside the Dining hall. No meals shall be taken out of the Dining hall.
1.11 In the event of any damage caused to properties in the Dining by accident or found faulty by the candidate, it shall be reported to the Mess Manager immediately for ensuring quality service.
1.12 It is expected that the above guidelines will be respected and adhered to. Evidence of non-compliance may lead to forfeiture of the College Dining services.
2.1 The College provides accommodation on first come first basis through online registration @𝒉𝒕𝒕𝒑𝒔://𝒘𝒘𝒘.𝒔𝒄𝒆.𝒆𝒅𝒖.𝒃𝒕.
2.2 Each candidate opting to avail a hostel room will fill out the Handing taking Form and pay the total room rent for the entire period at the time registration.
2.3 An amount of Nu. 110 per head per night is charged as room rent, which is inclusive of electricity & water charges.
2.3.1 An amount of Nu. 120 per head per night is charged for Self catering hostels which is inclusive of room rent, kitchen rent, electricity and water charges. Three rooms should share one common kitchen.
2.4 The payment of Nu. 1000 per head shall be made at the time of registration as a security deposit which is refundable.
2.5 The payment of the total room rent shall be made at the time of registration. Request for refund will not be entertained.
2.6 The hostels do not allow use of alcohol and other addictive substances.
2.7 As per the decision of College Management, an individual availing hostel facilities will not entertain family members.
2.8 As per the College policy on property care, residents are expected to take good care of the facilities available in their rooms.
2.9 The College does not allow residents to tamper with, paste pictures/posters and other displays, or hit nails on the room walls to avoid damage of property.
2.10 In the event of any damage caused to properties in the hostel room found faulty by the candidate, it shall be reported to the Camp Coordinator.
2.11 Any damage of facilities in the hostel will result to deduction of amount incurred from the security deposit.
2.12 The College provides WIFI SERVICES (UNLIMITED Downloads and UPLOADS) upon payment of Nu. 99 for the entire period.
2.13 At the end of the evaluation workshop, resident shall formally handover their room to the Camp Coordinators.
2.14 It is expected that the above guidelines will be respected and adhered to. Evidence of teachers or individuals violating the accommodation regulations shall be deprived of the accommodation facilities with an office order with a copy to their concerned school authorities and Dzongkhag Education Office.
