For pass/press credentials requests:

• If approved, each outlet will only be approved for two credentials maximum. Only one request per outlet.
• We will notify applicants for press passes if they are approved no sooner than 90 days before the event. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL OR POST MESSAGES ASKING FOR UPDATES.
• We are only able to approve a select number of applications for media credentials. Due to the high number of requests, we're unable to follow up with each outlet if declined.
• Previous pass approval does not guarantee future pass approval. 
• Preference is given to outlets with the largest reach/audience that is most likely to engage with our exhibitors, programming partners and sponsors.
  
• Outlets that provide quality coverage (self-written articles with commentary/insight/analysis or original video) are more likely to be accepted.
  
• Submissions with incomplete info or incomplete links may be ignored.
