IAFFE UMass 2025 Visa Letter Request Form
Dear Prospective Participants, 

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the 2025 IAFFE Conference, which will be held at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA. If you are planning to attend the conference and are unsure if you require a visa, we kindly ask you to check your eligibility using this link.

If a visa is required for your travel, please fill out the provided form to request a visa letter. Visa letters will be issued within 10-15 working days, so we encourage you to apply as early as possible. To avoid any delays, please check the current visa appointment wait times here and plan accordingly.
