Vendors Open to Serve Public
Wednesday- Friday 10am -8pm daily

What to Expect at the Show:  PLEASE READ
1. Upon arriving to CBJLS please contact Meghan Hafer PRIOR to parking so that we can make sure each vendor is in the correct location - this is critical to make it work for all vendors to fit and make a comfortable space for guests and lines.  Call at #509-869-6094 or come to the Office  (small building on the East of the big Show Barn)

2. Each vendor will have their space (will be shown on map - sent out via email/text closer to show time)

3. POWER SUPPLY: **NEW** Each vendor is responsible for their own power supply. Generators are allowed but cannot run overnight. There is no power available for vendor use, so please be prepared with a generator with you.   As a mobile/temporary food truck/vendor you are responsible for being self reliant for power and facility.

4. Each vendor is responsible for their own pricing, change/cash back.  CBJLS will not be able to make change so come prepared. We do have a bank downtown Connell that closes at 5pm daily, if needed you can get change there.  *Wi-fi is NOT available, if you are taking card payments you will need to bring device with self served internet.

5.  CBJLS does NOT require a VENDOR Fee to attend our show - our Board simply wants to promote our youth projects and provide a family friendly atmosphere for the week and help provide on site food options while they are here.
CBJLS runs strictly on volunteers and donations made by businesses, individuals, farmers and companies of the community that want to support the show and see it continued.  Should you wish to make a donation to CBJLS you can do so in the office or talk with Cade.

6. The VENDOR DEPOSIT you pay to secure your spot will be refunded to you in CASH on Friday evening at the end of the show. If you leave the show early or are shut down by the health department then your deposit will not be refunded.  You are responsible for coming to get your vendor deposit in the Market Stock Office.  Deposits will not be mailed to you after the show. Should you choose not pick up your deposit we will mark it down as a donation to the show for the year.

7. You are responsible for following all Benton/Franklin County Health and Safety Guidelines. You are responsible for filling out the proper paperwork with BFCHD.
