My Grad Journey is an innovative online tool that supports the individual development plans of the student. Students may review their academic milestones and coursework and enter information about their career goals, progress on their research and creative works, completed professional development opportunities, and awards earned.  All data entered by the student is viewable by their graduate committee faculty and authorized staff. Once students have updated their profile in the My Grad Journey system, they may start a feedback cycle where students reflect and answer questions about their goals and progress. The system supports flexibility to provide students feedback on their graduate journey for a variety of scenarios, including formal feedback cycles as determined by a department, program or faculty chair, or informal feedback when a student needs and initiates it.
