For owners interested in mentorship: After completing this form, a representative will reach out to you and schedule a meeting with Prophet, if necessary. You will need to pass a preliminary screening in order to be taken on as a client.

NOTE: There are only TWO mentorship client slots available for pre-existing server owners. If you DO NOT meet the requirements, you will be turned away.
