Thank you for your interest in the Chattanooga Public Library's Adult Volunteer Program.

Due to high demand, we are currently able to offer regular, ongoing volunteer positions to --

(1) volunteers who live outside Chattanooga city limits and wish to volunteer for 20 hours to receive a free card, and

(2) college students who need hours for their scholarship/financial aid.

If you are a Chattanooga city resident and are NOT volunteering to earn a free library card, you can still volunteer on an occasional basis for special events and programs. After you submit this application, you will receive more information about our special event volunteer program for city residents.

If you are a college students who need hours for their scholarship/financial aid, you will receive a follow-up email with more information, after you submit this application.

The library no longer offers community service volunteer hours.
