By proceeding with booking and participation, I confirm that I have read and agreed to this waiver and that I will listen to and follow the safety briefing and all instructions given during the experience.
1. Acknowledgement and Assumption of Risk
● I understand that participation in Wild & Fired BBQ School and interactive dining experiences takes place in
an outdoor, live-fire environment and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
● Uneven or rugged outdoor terrain
● Open flames, embers, hot surfaces, BBQs, smokers and fire pits
● Use of knives, skewers and cooking equipment
● Exposure to smoke, sparks, heat and airborne particles
● Weather conditions
● Food allergens and potential cross-contamination in an open cooking environment
● Consumption of alcohol as part of a curated tasting experience
● I understand that these risks may result in burns, cuts, falls, allergic reactions, illness, damage to personal
property, serious injury or, in rare cases, death.
● I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks.
2. Participant Responsibilities
I agree to:
● Follow all safety instructions and the safety briefing provided at the start of the experience
● Use equipment only as directed
● Disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies before the event
● Consume alcohol responsibly and within the limits provided
● Refrain from participation if under the influence of drugs or alcohol beyond the curated tasting provided
● I understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in my removal from the experience without
refund.
3. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Lo & Slo, its directors, employees, instructors,
contractors, volunteers, affiliates and the property owners from liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from my participation.
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of Northern Ireland.
4. Medical Consent
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this activity.
In the event of injury or emergency, I authorise Wild & Fired to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf.
5. Photography & Media
I consent to photographs or video recordings taken during the event being used for marketing purposes unless I notify Wild & Fired in writing before the event.
6. Minors
Where signing on behalf of a participant under 18, I confirm that I am their parent or legal guardian and agree to this waiver on their behalf.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
