If your team wishes to compete in the tournament, the registration fee is $300. If your team wishes to only attend the workshops, there is no fee.
The process for registration is as follows:
1) Fill out this application
2) Once accepted, a PayPal invoice will be sent (competition registration only, please email us at email@example.com if your team prefers to pay by check) a) It must be paid within 14 days or your spot will be offered to another team (please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues and we will do our best to work with you!). b) If applying for a scholarship you will be notified of award status within 10 days. c) If the tournament is full you will be offered a spot on the wait list (with instructions on how to proceed) d) If the tournament is full you will be extended an invitation to attend the workshops free of charge
3) Once the PayPal invoice has been paid you will receive an official welcome email with further details.
-----Terms-----1. Teams withdrawing and requesting a refund before September 4th will receive a full refund.2. Teams withdrawing and requesting a refund after September 4th and before October 5th will receive a 50% refund.3. Teams withdrawing on/after October 5th will not receive a refund.4. Teams not checking in by 8:00am on the Saturday of the event will be dropped from the event and will not receive a refund.5. If your team must withdraw from the tournament, there is a withdrawal form on www.capitalcityclassic.org.
