Fill out and submit the form below to apply for a temporary library card. Your application will be processed within 3 business days. If you want to receive your card immediately, it is better to apply in person.

When your application is processed, we will email you the number of the card so that you can start to access our digital services immediately, and we will also mail you a physical card.

This card will remain valid for 30 days and will allow you to borrow materials at the Main Library in Pleasantville, NY; our Branch Library in Valhalla, NY; or at any public library in Westchester County, NY.

To make this card permanent, all you need to do is visit our Main Library or Branch Library with your temporary card and proof of your eligibility.
