Should this project be "Listed" or "Featured"?
Clubs may report an unlimited number of service projects. All will be listed. One will be featured. The information on this page is for all listed service projects. Additional information will be requested for featured service projects.
If the service project recurs, we invite you to report each year and provide specific results for the year. Ongoing service projects like weekly tutoring at should be reported annually with results for the full year. Please indicate the year for which you are reporting. Do NOT use "annually" or "ongoing" as the date for the project.
Ultimately what we do doesn't matter nearly as much as how much we help. One way we measure how much we help is by the number of people we help. Please estimate the number of people who benefit directly from the project. A single number is required as input. We understand it is an estimate.
Description of the people impacted
As specifically as possible, please describe (not the quantity) the people who received the service. For instance, don't say "kids," say "3rd graders at local schools."
Number of people on project
How many people, including Rotary volunteers, worked on the project? One person who volunteers twice or more on the project should be counted as just one volunteer.
Number of service hours
Please estimate the number of total hours from volunteers. Be sure to include hours spent planning and organizing the project.
Club Dollars donated

The Rotary (International) Foundation Funds Contributed
Other Funds Donated
Please list any funds donated by other sources, including funds donated by club members if not included with club funds above. Clubs with a foundation separate from the club should list funds donated by the foundation for the project here.

Please indicate the donor(s) of the funds included in "Other Funds Donated" above.
Describe the in-kind donation, for instance "winter coats" or "socks" or whatever may have been donated in kind for the project.
