Thank you for your interest in participating in our study! Here, you can sign up for the introductory briefing session. This session, taking place on a Saturday at Duke-NUS Medical School, will provide a detailed explanation of the camp and also serves as a platform for you or your parent(s)/guardian(s) to raise any questions you might have about the camp.

The Need For Sleep (NFS) study is a yearly camp organised by the Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory at Duke-NUS. Each year, teenagers from around Singapore join this camp to learn more about how sleep works, to see science in action, and most importantly, to have fun and make new friends!

Through this camp, we hope to be able to observe how your sleep behaviour can affect different aspects of your everyday lives, such as your memory, metabolism, and creativity. If you are interested in finding out how your sleep can affect your day-to-day experiences, and are interested to know how scientific studies are conducted, this is the camp for you! Participants will be reimbursed for their time, and to top it off, we'll also throw in a FREE picture of your brain*!

*only for selected participants who are willing to undergo an optional MRI scan.

We thank you again for your interest. To start off, please fill in the necessary fields below. We will send you and your parent(s)/guardian(s) an invitation to the briefing session via email with minimal delay.

Sincerely,
the NFS4 Team
