Commissions by Spiced Eliastrations are taken by request. Detailed descriptions or image references/inspiration are encouraged to ensure best quality for the piece. Must be 18+ to order.
I WILL NOT DRAW:
- Non-domestic animals (shoot me a message if you're unsure)
- Mechas/Mechs
- Detailed backgrounds
- Pedophilic Activity
- Hate-directed elements (slurs, symbols, imagery)
PAYMENT
Payments for commissions are accepted via Paypal. This is for record and insurance purposes. 50% payment is due to ensure the booking of your slot. Full payment will be due once the commission sketch is approved for final inking/coloring. Final inking and coloring WILL NOT start until final payment is made.
Pricing covers art time, customization, and experience. Should you need your art rushed, you will be subject to additional art fees depending on the deadline provided. If you would like a physical print or copy of your commission mailed, there will be an additional service and shipping fee. Commissions can be cancelled if any payment has not been paid yet.
If full payment has not been made within 7 days of invoicing, or first down payment, your commission slot will be put on hold and any new orders will be moved ahead in the timeline.
No refunds once payments have been made and any art has been given (including concept sketches).
PROCESS
Once I confirm your booked slot, you will need to provide reference or detailed description of who/what you are wanting drawn. Once you have paid at least half of your order total, I will begin working on the draft. Should they be needed, I can edit sketches as much as needed. I want to make sure I get it right! Once the sketch draft is approved, the remainder of your payment (if you have not paid in full yet) will be due. The art work will not continue until full payment is made.
All sales and art are final once the final draft is approved. After the commission is complete, I will send the files via Google Drive in a private delivery folder. Make sure to download the digital version ASAP. I will keep it stored in the drive AT LEAST 6 months, but then the file will be subject to make space for future file pickup.
Once commissions are completed and sent, I share the piece online on my social media, but I do NOT tag you as a client for privacy. If you do NOT want your piece online, even without direction, please let me know as soon as I reply to your reservation form.
My average timeline is about 1-2 business days for sketching and 2-4 business days for coloring after the sketch is approved. I like to do my best in getting you your piece within 6 business days. Additional time may be needed for emotes and detailed PNGTubers. If a job is needed quicker than this, there may be additional rush fees based on my availability.

IMAGE RIGHTS AND USAGE
- You can upload the finished product in all your social media platforms, and I do appreciate credit back to me via shoutout or tag.
- I have rights to use the finished product for my personal portfolio and post in in all my social media platform with the appropriate watermarks. I do not tag you in my posts to protect your privacy. You can request to be tagged, though if you're ok with that!
- Using the commission product for commercial purposes (ie: Billboards, convention marketing, art usage for merch) is not allowed unless it has been discussed beforehand with all involving parties and a release form/fee has been agreed upon.
- Submitting the commission requests indicate that you agreed to all of the terms of service above.
- Any breach on the terms & conditions above will resulting the rejection of the commission request.
