DELTA PHI LAMBDA
Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. advocates Asian-awareness, empowers women leaders through its values based programs, and forges Everlasting Sisterhood through diverse shared experiences. Our national philanthropy is osteoporosis education and prevention, emphasizing the importance of promoting healthy lifestyles and behavior in young women. Founded in on December 5th, 1998, Delta Phi Lambda has grown to 19 undergraduate chapters in 11 states spanning the Southeast, Midwest, and Northeast.

PI CHAPTER AT UNCC
The Pi Chapter of Delta Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. at UNC Charlotte is the first Asian-Interest (but not Asian-exclusive) sorority on campus. Chartered on April 15th, 2012, our chapter aims to inspire and uplift women into leaders of the future, as well as to improve our community through service, leadership, and Everlasting Sisterhood. Our chapter also strives to advocate for our chapter philanthropy of human trafficking awareness.

EVERLASTING SISTERHOOD
In addition to sharing our Asian heritage and developing women in to strong, independent leaders, Delta Phi Lambda is here to provide a sisterhood for women with the guidance and support similar to that of a family. The bond between our sisters sets an example for others as we display our Virtues of Loyalty, Honesty, Respect Dedication, Integrity, Discipline, and Academic Excellence.
