Your 2019 Conference Training registration is now open!! Do not hesitate on saving your spot. You will only be entered for early bird prizes if you register before the 19th of July! Conference Fee $35.00 Covers Snacks, Saturday Lunch & Sunday Breakfast, and Lunch. Remember that the Banquet is open to friends and Family. Banquet Fee $45.00 per person.

Wing Conference Saturday Training:
Both Senior Members & Cadets SELECT 6 classes from the following exciting classes below. The reason for this will ensure that you get at least 1 class during a time slot. (You may not get all 6 classes)
You HAVE to register to reserve your spot in class, space is limited for each course offering

0800-1200 AE Workshop, discovering STEM Kits - Lt Col Nick Ham and Maj Martin Guiles
1200-1300 Lunch
1200-1430 AEM Orientation - Lt Col Nick Ham and Maj Martin Guiles

1400-1530: AEM register assistance and order your first Kit; provide resources and website guidance for new AEMs

Banquet Saturday | Sept. 7 | 1800 to 2000 Dance from 2000 to 2200

1930: Wing Commander’s Presentation

Banquet Attire:
Senior Members and Guest Attire - Business Aloha
Cadets - Blues (Short Sleeve and No Tie)
Cadets may bring an extra change of clothes to change into once the Dance is set to begin. Attire must be appropriate, no attire shorter than the knees, and no spaghetti straps.
