BASE Venue Booking (Event Venue & Meeting Room)
Terms and Conditions
1. Our slots are limited, they will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis, and projects related to entrepreneurship, and/or collaborated with the BASE and The Entrepreneurship Center has the priority to use the venue.
2. Bookings must be made at least 5 working days before the event/ meeting. Cancellation must be done within 48 hours of your event/meeting by contacting Mr. Gary Fung at fhl@ust.hk. A deposit might be required depending upon the scope & arrangement of the event.
3. For event venue booking, please contact Gary Fung (fhl@ust.hk) and arrange a meeting with him for equipment rental (Microphone, AV equipment, seats etc.).
4. Please note that applicants are responsible for any logistics arrangement, cleaning up, and returning the venue to its original state once the event has finished.
5. If there is any equipment damage, the applicant will be accountable for the loss of the items and is held responsible for replacing the damaged goods.
6. Entrepreneurship Center reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and make final decision as to whether or not the application is successful.
