Any photos you wish to use for promotion of your event, including images of speakers, should also be sent to Sara Davidson around the time you submit this form. Please, no PDFs.
Reminder about sign-in sheets Designate a member of your team to serve as a greeter/sign-in helper! In order to grow small groups, and ultimately the congregation, it is required that you have attendees sign-in so that you may build your list and invite attendees to your future events. Name tags are also encouraged.
