Membership at The Blackwood is a 12-month contractual agreement.
Membership subscription fees are inclusive of VAT and may be altered at any time with immediate effect.
The Blackwood reserve the right to withdraw a membership at any time and a pro rata refund will be given.
Annual subscriptions do not give the right to 365 days golf a year and the courses can be subject to closure from weather conditions, special events or government restriction. You do not have the right to a refund of part of your fees for any periods of closure.
Reservations may be made up to 10 days in advance and are subject to availability.
Junior members are not permitted to play the Hamilton course before 2pm on the weekend.
All members must check-in at The Golf Shop before commencing play on either course.
Guests green fees apply to a maximum of 3 guests per day. Members will be responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their guests.
The use of all facilities at The Blackwood is at the risk of each individual.
A compulsory charge of £10 is added to all memberships for personal liability insurance cover. It is your responsibility to show regard for Health & Safety and take due care whilst playing the courses and using the facilities.
Your annual membership renewal will be posted at least one month prior to the renewal date.
If a member wishes to terminate their membership at the end of their 12-month contract, one month’s written notice should be given.
