Each Session is $175.00 for the four day session

A 20$ deposit is non-refundable to reserve your spot at camp and cover the cost of the camp t-shirt.

Camp t-shirts will be different from previous weeks.

Camp will run daily Monday-Thursday 9am-12pm at Keene High School.

We will be capping camp at 30 campers and hope to get a great mix of both boys and girls players attending camp.

Liability Waiver:  I am aware that participation in the Fazio’s Basketball Skills Camp has some inherent risks and injury can occur. On rare occasions these injuries can be serious. In consideration of my child being allowed to participate in the Fazio’s Basketball Skills Camp, I, the parent/guardian, assume the risk of all injury and agree not to sue Fazio’s Basketball Skills Camp, the camp directors, coaches, assistant coaches, agents, or volunteers for any and all injuries caused by or resulting from participating in the Fazio’s Basketball Skills Camp. *

Permission to Photograph Campers throughout the week:  Fazio’s Basketball Skills Camp may take photographs of your child to use in future promotional materials for basketball camp. Your permission below gives Fazio’s Basketball Skills Camp permission to use your child’s photo for marketing and promotion of its program. *
