This survey is to keep track of individuals in the Phoenix area who plan to or have begun volunteering with the SAFER program run through University of Arizona in Tucson. All individuals are welcome regardless of education level.
SAFER is currently conducting patient interviews for those who have COVID-19 in Pima County. This opportunity would involve calling the patients to interview them about their experiences and also trying to recruit them into a long-term study to determine what the health impact may be over time and guide them to enroll in other immunology studies that will be happening. As of now, this does not involve contact tracing outside the home, but that may change.

Other colleges/ programs should contact their administration to make sure they are covered from a liability standpoint as well. Furthermore, for any program that requires EHR access and credentialing, please contact your school for access.
