1. Rest room facilities available for the using group are located off corridor adjacent to auditorium.
2. Nothing can be hung from the curtains by means of staples or any other fastening devices.
3. Nailing or screwing into any part of the stage area or floor is prohibited.
4. Food and drinks are NOT allowed in the auditorium under any circumstances.
5. The use of glitter and confetti is prohibited.
6. The use of fog or hazing machines are prohibited.

I (We) have received a tour of the facility and understand the terms of usage. It is understood that the user is responsible for picking up and cleaning up after the event. It is further understood that Bourne High School is not to be held responsible for anything left int he auditorium by the user and that only the requested and agreed upon space and equipment is to be used. Finally, if any damages are incurred to the equipment of the facility as a result of the user or the attendees, damage fees will be charged to the user.

Rental Release and Waiver Regarding COVID-19

The Town of Bourne shall not be held responsible for any injury or loss of property suffered by any individual while playing, practicing, or engaging in any activity. The Lessee acknowledges the ongoing COVID-19 virus pandemic. The Lessee agrees, acknowledges, and understands that the Town of Bourne makes no representations or warranties concerning the cleanliness of the facilities or that the facilities are free of the COVID-19 virus. The Lessee further agrees, acknowledges, and understands that the Town of Bourne does not guarantee any cleaning of the facilities prior to any scheduled events.
The Town of Bourne respectfully makes the reasonable expectation that the Lessee is aware of, and adhering to the guidelines set forth by Local, State and Federal laws/guidelines applying to COVID-19. The Town of Bourne shall not be responsible for anyone contracting COVID-19.
The Town of Bourne, its employees, volunteers or board members will not be liable to Lessee, applicant, or any visitors, invitees, or other individuals for any injuries or damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or any other damages of any kind relating to the COVID-19 virus.
Lessee hereby agrees to indemnify the Town of Bourne and its board members, employees and volunteers and hold them harmless from any loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from the allegedly arising from any claim, demand or lawsuit, or other legal proceeding, from any participant or spectator se of the facility and the COVID-19 virus.
