Medical Qigong for Senior Health Online Class
Dates: Mondays, November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
Time: 8:30-9:30am

Classes will be conducted on Zoom (https://zoom.us/download).

This month, classes will focus on balance and fall prevention. We will sharpen awareness of our body’s four directions: front, back, left, and right. We will also use safe, effective leg exercises to optimize balance in walking and other daily life motions. Practice will be taught standing, with instructions given for those who prefer to sit.
