Motions can be submitted up two weeks prior to the meeting to be added to the meeting agenda (which will be sent to all body members). This allows time for members to consider your motion, research, and be fully prepared for the discussion prior to the meeting. Motions can also be presented on the floor at any general business meeting. 
To make a motion you must be a member in good standing. Please confirm you satisfy this requirement before submitting the motion. You can confirm via your NAOBI-DC login portal.
