The following points describe the format of our Advanced Reservation Agreement. I reserve the right to hold any puppy from availability at any time for any reason or no reason at all. The kennel may retain any puppy desired for its' own future line and reserves the right to keep pick of the litter above anyone on the waiting list if the need or desire arises. We do not guarantee or suggest that any specific color or gender of puppy will be available in any given timeframe. The waiting list is simply a guarantee that you will have a priority place in choosing an available puppy when the litters become available.

Your advanced reservation fee in the amount of $500 will hold a puppy for you from one of our upcoming litters. This will be deducted from your total puppy price. This is a NON-refundable deposit on your puppy. *

You must have a puppy application filled out at the time of deposit (or shortly after) in order to have a valid spot held for you for an upcoming litter. You can do this on our website at www.libertycollies.com. *

Deposits are non-refundable unless your application is denied. *

We do not guarantee any color or gender of puppy to be available in any specified time frame or that any sire or dam (parent) will be be available in the future for litters. *

Though your preferred gender and color are noted on the waiting list, you may choose any available puppy when it is your turn to choose.

Clear selection

Your deposit will be kept for up to 3 years in order to allow you to find the perfect pup. If after 3 years, you have not found the puppy you desire, your deposit will be kept and no longer be valid. A new deposit must be placed in order to remain on the waiting list. *

When we start allowing those on the waiting list who have paid their deposits to pick a puppy, I will contact the first person (oldest date of contact) first. Each person will have 24 hours to choose their pup or pass. We generally start this process when the puppies are a few weeks old to ensure pups are healthy. If your chosen puppy is found to have a major health issue (heart murmur, etc.) at the 6 week exam, you may pass and pick another puppy if available, wait until next litter, or possibly be offered a discount. (Umbilical hernias DO NOT qualify.) We do NOT wait until 8 weeks to choose puppies based on behavior or personality traits. *
