Duration: 2.5 hours
Location: St. Albert & Sturgeon Primary Care Network - Unit 196, 375 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert 

Ideal timing in pregnant to attend: 32-37 weeks pregnant. To attempt to accommodate all interested families, our team will prioritize booking in people that are at least 32 weeks pregnant. 

Eligibility to attend: You must be a patient of our Low Risk Maternity Clinic in order to attend. One partner is encouraged to attend with you.

Capacity: Up to 10 couples per class class. By submitting this form, you confirm your registration in your first choice class date. If registration meets maximum capacity, you will be notified and added to a wait list for our next class.

Cost: Free for patients of the St. Albert Low Risk Maternity Clinic and the St Albert & Sturgeon Primary Care Network. The cost for the course will be covered by our maternity team.
