Applicant must have on file, the following, with the Agricultural Society at least seven (7) days prior to the event the applicant's proposed operations commence:
 (1) Certificate of liability insurance. Minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence. 
    [a] Certificate must name the "Columbia    County Agricultural Society Inc." as 'Additional Insured'.
    [b] Food Vendor Certificate must include coverage for product liability. 
(2) The applicant shall save and hold the Society harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liability  (including reasonable attorney's fees)  arising out of the applicants usage of the leasehold premises.
