Payment Terms

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your reservation.

Full Payment: The remaining balance is due at least one week prior to the class date.

Cancellations: A 50% cancellation fee (deposit) will apply if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled class.

Gratuity: A 20% gratuity will be added to the total and is due with the final payment.

Photo Permission: I, the parent/guardian, hereby consent to and authorize Giggles & Sprinkles to photograph, record, and/or videotape my child during baking classes and related activities. I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, and other marketing materials.

I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named below and have full authority to grant this consent.

Class Ages: Our classes are designed for children ages 2-17.

Menu Selection: Menus will be chosen collaboratively with the organizers based on the child's age and the complexity of each recipe.

Home Appliance Access: Please ensure easy access to essential large kitchen appliance, such as ovens, for a smooth class experience.

Please inform us of any attendee allergies in advance. We strive to offer menus that accommodate dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan options.

Important Note: While your selected customized recipes may be free of allergens, they are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens are present.

Cancellation Policy:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

• You may reschedule your class up to 5 days before the scheduled start time.

• No-shows will not be accommodated.

• Giggles & Sprinkles is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including schedule conflicts, illnesses, or last-minute emergencies.

Modification to the selected menu, guest headcount, add-ons are acceptable until 7 days prior to your event.
