Nutrition is 90% of your health and fitness journey. I'm not talking dry chicken and salad every day for lunch and dinner. Instead I am talking about delicious WHOLE foods that taste great AND fuel your body.

I am ANTI diet! Instead! I will teach you how to eat, what to eat, and how to meal prep! I will help you find something that is sustainable for you and your health (and the rest of your family if applicable!). No more counting calories or points, or yo-yo dieting, or feeling deprived! No magic potions or pills either!

Yes, you are still going to eat carbs, protein, healthy fats, veggies, fruits, seeds/dressings, etc. BUT you are going to learn how to enjoy them in a way that doesn't sabotage your progress. You are going to change your mindset about food and learn that it is meant to fuel your body instead of comfort you, or be something you reach for when you are bored.

*If you want to pair your nutrition with a workout program, and accelerate your results...there's an option for that, too!
