2016 Provider PLAY Day Registration!
Please note, registration is not complete until payment is received! You can choose to mail your registration in, or receive an invoice to be paid online. Registrations are NON REFUNDABLE, however if you are unable to attend you are welcome to transfer your registration to another attendee.

Conference Attendance and Rates
Full Conference- $115
Saturday Only - $90

Payments via Paypal or by check or money order sent to: Child Central Station, 515 W Bluff St, Marquette, MI 49855.

The full conference will begin on Friday night at 5:30 pm and conclude at 4:30 on Saturday. The full conference will include 12 hours of training, Saturday will be 8.5 hours. Dinner will be served on Friday night, and breakfast, snacks, and lunch are included on Saturday.

Participants may have opportunity to tour additional sites (pre or post event). More information will be forthcoming as it becomes available.

Continuing Education has been applied for through Northern Michigan University. An additional fee and registration will be required upon approval. The additional cost is $20/$25 for .8 or 1.2 SCECHS. Continuing Education fees and registration will happen at the event. Checks for SCECHS are to be made payable to Northern Michigan University.

Continuing Education Credits have been applied for through Northern Michigan University. If they are approved and you are interested in receiving them, there will be a separate registration and additional cost. Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive a receipt along with additional conference/play day details! (Expect an email on October 1) If you are travelling from out of town, there are a number of rooms reserved at the Ramada Inn at a discounted rate.

In order to received the group rate, you must let them know that you are attending the Provider's Play Day and make your reservation before 9/30/16. You can call them at (906) 228-6000.

Rooms with 2 double beds or 1 queen bed $95/night plus taxes.
Rooms with 2 queen beds or 1 king bed $105/night plus taxes.
