Before I share more, I'd love to quickly introduce myself! My name is Caren Fehr. I live in Hershey PA with my husband Graham who is a 3rd year resident doctor and my 2 year old son Luca (also known as #gingyptian as he is half Egyptian and half ginger!).
I am a certified personal trainer, a licensed clinical social worker and a virtual faith + fitness coach. I am so humbled daily that God has chosen to use me to mentor women in all 3 areas, their walk with HIM, their physical health and their mental health. I was in bondage for over 6 years with my health journey. Eating disorder, depression and anxiety consumed my story because I refused to surrender my health to the Lord and give HIM the outcome. When God taught me how to untangle my wellness and commit to it HIS way (with surrendered effort instead of obsessive striving), it became way more than just an opportunity to serve women and help them do the same...it became my responsibility. It is my mission to help you experience transformation from the INSIDE out and break chains in the process like emotional eating, stress eating, restrictive dieting, over exercise, and believing the lies of the enemy that you are unworthy and a failure.
TRANSFORM 20 is one of those programs that I could scream with excitement about. The focus is all about transforming your life not just physically but mentally. But can I be super real with you? The only person that can renew your mind and transform your heart is ultimately Jesus. This is why we have called it the 12:2 challenge inspired by Romans 12:2 "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."

I don't know about you, but even 30 minute workouts are getting tough for me lately (especially since my toddler joins me)! I have no doubt Shaun T will kick our butts in 20 minutes because...he is Shaun T! Same creator of Insanity. I am seriously so pumped and would love for you to do this WITH me! It's so realistic. Anyone has 20 minutes a day. If you don't, then I would argue that this is simply a priority issue not a time issue.
I can't WAIT to hear your story and go from strangers to sisters as we simplify things for you when it comes to fitness and nutrition. Also know that in this Facebook group we will have weekly devotions and what we call "Sprite Strong Saturdays" to keep our hearts and minds in the right place!
