We are asking retreat participants to wear masks to reduce the risk of exposure to Covid-19. We are also providing a room for breaks from masking for those who need it. What are your masking preferences and needs for the day? *
There are two workshops being offered at the retreat. If you would like to participate in one, please mark your preference below. (We will do our best to place you in your preferred workshop, though we cannot guarantee placement, as space is limited.)

10:30am–12:30pm: Voice/s with Sahra Motalebi. Moving between our individual and collective vocalities, we find unexpected poetics, multiple modes of expression, and listening as an aspect of the voice itself. No previous artistic or vocal experience required. *Masking is optional at this workshop.

1:30–3:30pm: Generative Session with Ishmael Houston-Jones. In this workshop we will use several improvisation strategies to open a free flow of immediate, spontaneous writing, speaking, and movement.
