This form is for potential scholarships to assist in transportation costs to the ARTx3 campus. For your field trip to qualify for the scholarship, the trip must include an activity connected to our STEAM Powered Production educational programming.

Filling out this form doesn't guarantee scholarship funds. Our goal is to provide as much as we can, but are working within restrictions and limitations.
