The Utah Forward Party needs leaders! Will you consider an official position?
State Executive Committee -
Elections will be held at the Statewide Convention in April 2025 for the State Executive Committee positions of Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary.
County Parties.
To form a county party, a leadership team of at least 3 individuals is required (County Chair, Co-Chair, and a combined Treasurer/Secretary). County Party Leadership also participates as voting members of the
Central Committee
. County Parties can be added to the state's party structure at any time once the required number of leaders are assembled.
ESTABLISHED COUNTY PARTIES (SALT LAKE, DAVIS, UTAH, WEBER) WILL ALSO HAVE ELECTIONS IN APRIL 2025.
Other Committees.
Other Committees are tasked with a particular subject or area of party growth, report to the Executive Committee, and can be formed by a simple majority vote of the Central Committee.
Additional notes about participating in Party Leadership:
Participation in any of the roles described above does not prohibit an individual to
run for public office
.
We haven't yet fully articulated the exact responsibilities in participating in these areas, so we welcome the suggestions of anyone expressing interest.
