Class of 2019 Graduation Survey

The Idaho Virtual Academy and Idaho Vision High School will hold three formal graduations across the state in May! Please complete this survey and let us know which ceremony you plan to attend. If you are graduating August 2019 or later, you are not eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony. Please still complete this survey even if you are not eligible to graduate this year. We still want to know your plans after high school. If you are unsure about your graduation date, contact your Counselor immediately.

Jostens is our graduation cap and gown provider. Ordering for Caps and Gowns will begin no later than February 1st, 2019. An email will be sent out to you with detailed ordering information. The cost for one cap and gown is a flat rate of $50. Your order will be sent directly to your home address. All gowns are purple.
