Changes to be made to HKMX products Delivery/Collection
This form can be submitted ONLY ONCE and only when your changed delivery date is at least 3 days from the submission of the form. After that no changes will be entertained. Please note that switching from Collection to Delivery - and vice versa are not allowed.

If you have to make further changes we will be imposing an administrative charge of $10 per change.

Any late changes (within 72 hours from delivery/collection) has to be via email and subject to administrative charge of $10.
