Go2Gardens Shuttle Program Participant Eligibility Criteria
Thank you for inquiring about The Clinton Family Fund Go2Gardens Shuttle Program. The Go2Gardens Shuttle Program offers free admission and transportation between various Denver metro area cultural organizations, community centers, residences, and Denver Botanic Gardens’ locations. Locations include Denver Botanic Gardens York Street, Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms and Plains Conservation Center.

2019 SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
Shuttle service will run seven days a week: May 1 – December 16 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

•All Denver metro area nonprofit and cultural organizations, community centers and residential care facilities can participate.
•This program is for groups of 15-54 people comprised of families (adults accompanied by children) and adults. For school groups/children’s groups, please contact our children’s education department.
•Accepted groups must sign a waiver to participate.
•Visits are scheduled based on your availability, staff availability and the programming requested.
•Shuttle requests must be made at least three weeks in advance.
•Shuttle transportation will be provided for your group – Denver Botanic Gardens will arrange your travel.
•Requests will be considered on a first come, first served basis until all slots are filled; spaces are limited.
•All space assignments are made at the discretion of the program coordinator.
•If you are selected, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed shuttle information within one week of your application submission.
•Each participating group must designate a trip leader to manage sign-ups and organize their participants for the shuttles.
•At least one representative must be present at all times on the day of participation.
•Each participating group must provide a head-count at least one week in advance of their visit date.
•The trip leader is responsible for loading/unloading the shuttle bus.
•Each participating group in need of additional accommodations (ex. language translations, ADA shuttle, etc.) should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
•Departure and arrival times may vary according to traffic & weather conditions. Therefore, it may be changed without notice.
•Shuttle visits will take place rain or shine, so please prepare accordingly.
•In the event of inclement weather, outdoor activities may be canceled. The program coordinator will be in touch with rescheduling options, if and when they are available.
•All ages welcome. Kids and youth under 16 must be accompanied by an appropriate number of adults.
•Program details are subject to change at any time.
•If you need to bring additional staff members/caretakers, please arrange other transport. They will still be admitted free.
