PASSES: 1 vehicle pass only, to park close to the stalls (our stall co-ordinator will sort this out for you – no vehicles permitted in the actual stall area during operational hours)
BYLAWS: Applicants are responsible in ensuring your stall meets all relevant bylaws, consents and
conditions. And if the weather is hot, it is expected that you will meet all food handling
and safety regulations and laws.
COMMERCIAL STOREHOLDERS (this only applies to food stalls): Te Mana Kuratahi distinguishes between fundraising and commercial stalls. Fundraising stalls support a kaupapa; commercial stalls operate for private or business profit.
As required by Bay Venues (Mercury Baypark), all commercial stalls will incur an additional 7.5% fee on sales, separate from the standard stall fee. This is a condition of our venue agreement and is non-negotiable. Full details will be provided in the stallholder agreement.
RUBBISH: All stall rubbish is to be removed by the stall holders, please do not use public rubbish bins for your stall rubbish, dispose of it yourself.
FLYERS/BROCHURES: If you have ‘handouts’ available, we ask that you hand them to people, rather than leave on
tables and chairs (as we have found that they end up on the ground as rubbish). We ask
that your team/whanau keep your stall area clean and tidy at all times.
ANIMALS: No animals are permitted, unless it is a registered ‘guide or guard’
RAFFLES: Are not permitted without the prior approval of the Host committee.
SAFETY: All structures, including tents, gazebos, stands, umbrellas etc, must be viewed by the
Host committee as safe. Failure to do so will mean that it is removed. Our committee or the venue will not be supplying tents, gazebos, stands, umbrellas etc, you will need to supply your own.
HEALTH: This is a smoke-free, drug-free and alcohol-free event, please help us promote this
message throughout the event.
PAYMENT: Once registered and all necessary communications are sorted, an invoice will be sent to you. Prices are indicated in the form below.
Acceptance by the Stall Applicant:
By filling in this application, you accept the stall conditions, stall setup and costs that have been put forward as set out by the Committee. An invoice will be sent out once all communication is sorted. This needs to be paid before the 30th October 2025, no payment by that date will mean no opportunity to operate at our event.
