Are You Ready To Stop Dieting?
I am using a questionnaire that has been taken from The Intuitive Eating Workbook by Evelyn Tribole, MS, RDN and Elyse Resch, MS, RDN. It’s been adapted from an evidence based tool created by Tracy Tylka, to assess how much of an intuitive eater you are.

The questions are grouped into the four core characteristics of Intuitive Eaters where you can answer yes or no for each statement. If you’re struggling whether to answer with a yes/no, consider what statement usually applies to you. Is it mostly yes, or mostly no?
