Store Manager
- Full-time position, salaried
- $30,000-$40,000 per year beginning base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
- Salary adjustments are determined through yearly performance review
- Quarterly incentive bonus based on profit and performance

- 40 hours per week minimum required
- Job description includes, but is not limited to:
- Ring up customer transactions, help customers with inquiries and product suggestions
- Ensure store operations run smoothly
- Ensure store operations and employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain professional relationship with all store employees and customers
- Scheduling of all store employees to meet daily demand requirements of retail store
- Work closely with corporate management to ensure store sales and expenses meet budget and expectations
- Work closely with store employees and customers to resolve any customer inquiries/complaints quickly and professionally
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by corporate management
- High school diploma or equivalent required, undergraduate degree preferred
