Diversity & Engagement Fellows will draw on their individual and collective knowledge and experience, utilizing the resources set forth by the Vice Provost for Diversity, to work towards achieving these goals. Fellows will draw on the wide array of resources, information, and experiences available through the international NCORE network to further the inclusive excellent goals established by the Vice Provost for Diversity, in collaboration with the larger campus community.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
- Serve a two year term- Spring 2020- Spring 2022.
- Attend the 2020 NCORE Conference in New York, NY (May 26-30, 2020)- optional
- Bring back best practices from external organizations and explore opportunities for implementing changes and
new initiatives at the University of Delaware.
- Leverage professional connections to explore opportunities for inter-institutional learning and collaboration.
- Serve on the planning committee for the 2021 UD Diversity Expo.
