We found a site for a Scribal Retreat that is available for the entire weekend of March 23 through 25th, 2018. It is located in central PA (Shire of ACG) and can accommodate up to 60 overnight guests. Your responses will help us determine attendance and interests. Please reply soon!

Sleeping Accommodations Needed
In order to allow as many scribes who wish to attend as possible, the Signet Office will cover the cost of the site rental (entire weekend = $686.00 / 1 day = $368.00). To help us determine whether to rent the site for one night or two, please tell us which day(s) you would need bunk space.
sleep over entire weekend -- Friday, March 23, through Sunday, March 25 = bunk for both nights
sleep over Friday, March 23, only = bunk for one night
sleep over Saturday, March 24, only = bunk for one night
stay off-site / day-trip = no bunk needed
not able to attend that weekend.
Attendees will be asked to cover the cost of meals. What would you be willing to contribute?
$15 (includes lunch and supper on Saturday and Sunday breakfast)
$10 (includes Saturday lunch and Sunday breakfast). For supper on Saturday, each person will bring a dish to share with 8-10 people.
