I understand a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book my event date and time. Elizabeth may offer a refund on a case by case basis up to her discretion for example: a death in the family preventing the event from occurring as planned. She is willing to work with clients to reschedule if need be.

I understand that I am responsible for my guest's behavior and that should my or my guest's behavior become rowdy, disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate, that Elizabeth reserves the right to leave the venue with my deposit in hand.

I understand that while tipping is not mandatory, it is highly appreciated and should be done respectfully and by hand or by throwing the bills into the air or at Elizabeth's feet. At no point during the event will I or a guest touch Elizabeth or her costume to give her a tip or for any other reason.

I understand that I am responsible for Elizabeth's parking or valet fees if applicable and that traveling to any venue will result in mileage and transportation time costs added to the overall cost of her performance.

I understand that Elizabeth may have more than one event in the same day with a delicate timeline; thus, she will collect a late fee of $50 if my event is running more than 30 minutes late. I also understand that she may need to leave the venue should my event be running late in order to make it to her next event on time with my deposit in hand.

I promise to have fun, get excited, and clap along. I might even dance along :)
