Maryland Organic Food and Farming Association Pollinator Farmer Survey
We all need pollinators on our farms, but the pollinators need our help, too. MOFFA is working with the Smart on Pesticides Coalition to protect Maryland pollinators and we ask that you please take 5 minutes to complete this 5 question survey about your experience on the farm.

Your answers are critically important to help us pass a needed pollinator protection amendment in the next Maryland General Assembly. The session starts January and time is of the essence.

Thank you in advance for your timely survey response.

1. Have you noticed a decrease in pollinators on your farm? If so, please approximate percentage less seen.
2. Have you noticed a reduction in quality in your crop production, that may be attributable to less pollinators?
3. Have you noticed a reduction in quantity in your crop production, that may be attributable to less pollinators? If so, please approximate percentage lost.
4. Do you believe you are experiencing any economic impacts/losses due to less pollinators? If so, please estimate the losses.
5. Do you keep or rent managed honeybee hives for pollination services?
If you answered yes to question 5, has Maryland’s more than 50% managed honeybee hive losses effected you in personal hive losses, pollination rental costs or availability?
