F=ma Registration Form (Binding)

The F=ma Exam is a 75-minute exam with 25 multiple-choice mechanics questions, and it will take place on February 9, 2023. If you are interested in signing up, you MUST:

Fill out this form accurately.
Bring $15 in cash or check to Ms. Loia's Room (Rm. 305) during Wednesday Brunch or Friday Lunch between November 23rd and January 13th (the final day for payment).

If you don't complete the 2nd step, you are NOT guaranteed a spot for the exam.
