Pride 2025 Volunteer Form

Thank you for signing up to volunteer at FSLS Pride 2025! Your support helps make this event a success. Please review the information below and answer the following questions.

Volunteer Shifts

We have three (3) shifts available. Please select any shift(s) you are able to attend. Volunteers may not necessarily work the entire listed time.

Available Shifts:

  • Prep: 9 AM - 12 PM (Set-up & event preparation)
  • Work: 12 PM - 5 PM (Event assistance & activities)
  • Closing: 5 PM - End (Clean-up & breakdown)

Volunteer Expectations

By signing up, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time for your assigned shift.
  • Communicate if you are unable to attend.
  • Follow event guidelines and support attendees respectfully.

Important Notices:

  • FSLS is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. A designated area will be available for personal belongings.
  • FSLS is not liable for any personal incidents during the event.
  • Please inform us of any physical limitations or allergies.
Volunteers will also receive a free Pride 2025 shirt that they may wear during the event.
