Middle School After School Programme Enrollment Form
Please use this form to enroll your child in the International School of Hellerup's Middle School After School Programme. If you would like to enroll several children in the programme, please submit one form for each child.

We offer an after-school programme for middle school students that runs daily from 15:30 to 17:00. This programme provides a structured environment for students to engage in various activities, complete their homework, and socialise in a safe and organised space. The cost for the programme is 650 DKK per month.   The fee is billed monthly for 11 months of the year, from August until June. Families will not be charged for the month of July. 

Please note: A minimum of 14 students is required for the programme to run. You will receive a confirmation email if and when the programme can start.

Programme Details and Preferences  
The fee for the Middle School After School Programme is 650 DKK per month. The fee is calculated based on the number of school days in a year and divided into a monthly rate. It is a flat rate each month, including months with school holidays (August, October, December, February and April).  The fee is billed monthly for 11 months of the year, from August until June. Families will not be charged for the month of July. 

I agree that by signing up, the school will add 650 DKK on the school fees invoice.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests need to be sent by email to our Head of School Life, Ms Chiara Giani, cgiani@ish.dk by the 15th of the current month to avoid being charged for the upcoming ASCP monthly fee.
