Uniform Size Request
St Pat's Families- Did your child have a growth spurt and now nothing fits? Fill out the form below and someone from the Uniform Committee will search through what we currently have  'in stock'.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to get your clothes to you! 

We will reach out to you and let you know what we have - then we will put the items in a bag and drop them in front of the office on the wire rack that says " Uniform Pick up" .
