Uniform Size Request
St Pat's Families- Did your child have a growth spurt and now nothing fits? Fill out the form below and someone from the Uniform Committee will search through what we currently have  'in stock'. 

We will reach out to you and let you know what we have - then we will put the items in a bag and drop them in the office for you to pick up! 

We will let you know when we will be able to drop them off; please try and pick up shortly thereafter or have your child pick up, so sweet Marla doesn't have to store them for us :)
