TECH CORPS is currently accepting information from students interested in participating in the Student WEB CORPS program. Below is information about the program:
Student WEB CORPS is a learn and earn summer work-based learning experience designed to strengthen students’ web development, project management, and professionalism skills. Students will learn to apply those skills to build a website for a mock business. Student-employees will work in project-teams of four, supported by one TECH CORPS instructor, a site coordinator, and a mock client (industry volunteer). Student WEB CORPS will be comprised of 25 students and will take place at Northland High School.

•Dates: June 26 - August 4, 2023
•Time: 9:00pm - 3:00pm, Monday-Friday
•Location: Northland High School
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
• Live and attend school in Franklin County
• Currently in the 11th grade
• Participants must be TANF-eligible (This program is only for TANF-eligible students, and families will need to prove eligibility.)
Students who complete this Interest Form will be contacted by a member of the TECH CORPS staff and provided with additional program information, including required paperwork.
These programs are funded by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners and administered by FCDJFS.
