Trap, Neuter, Release Request Form
This form is meant to collect information regarding community cats in our county. This will help us identify feral cat populations, and get kitties fixed. Please fill this form out only if you have feral/community outdoor cats in your neighborhood that you would like us to trap, spay/neuter, and return to that area. 

This form does not automatically add you to our TNR list, all submissions will be reviewed and you will be contacted by AGC to arrange TNR services if you are eligible.

The recommended donation is $30-$40 per cat as it covers less than half the cost of their care, but allows us to do more TNR in the community.

If you are unable to pick up the cats from the vet or AGC, AGC will transport and release the cats where they came in from.
