Thank you for your interest in joining our practice, we would love to welcome your pet into our family, and we hope to be able to do that as soon as possible. This situation is temporary and we hope that we will be able to start taking clients again within 2-3 months although we currently do not have a set date and it may be longer.

The personal details given here will be stored only until we start taking new clients again, at that point they will be used only to contact you with regard to registering in full with our practice. If you choose not to do so at that time, your details will be deleted. We will not pass on any of your details to any third party at any point.
